We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order at our sole discretion, including suspected fraudulent transactions.

ORDER CANCELLATION / CHANGE OF MIND

Once an order has been confirmed and payment has been made, cancellations due to change of mind, unavailability, personal circumstances, or any other reason will not be eligible for cash refund.

REFUNDS

We do not offer cash refunds once the payment has been complete. In case a cancellation is approved at our discretion, the paid amount will be issued as store credit only and may be used towards a future purchase.

PAYMENTS

All payments must be completed before an order is processed and shipped.

Payments are securely processed through trusted third-party payment providers. Bloom Stone does not store your complete payment card information.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, public holidays, or circumstances beyond our control.

Bloom Stone is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers once an order has been dispatched.
